Circulating Supply
The number of coins actually available in the market — the denominator that makes or breaks a market cap comparison.
Circulating supply counts the coins genuinely available to trade — excluding tokens that are locked, reserved by the team, or provably lost. Multiply it by price and you get market cap, the standard size metric on our coin screener.
The gap between circulating and total supply is where surprises hide. A token with 10% circulating and 90% awaiting unlocks faces years of structural sell pressure that a fully circulating asset doesn’t — the story told by fully diluted valuation. Always check both numbers before comparing “cheap” coins.
